Liability Waiver

Contract Waiver: Air Runs reserves the right to decline an errand service, which may be illegal, unsafe, in-appropriate, unreasonable, unacceptable behavior or inclement weather conditions.  Air Runs will not transport nor be alone with any minor (under 18yrs of age) without another adult present.  Air Runs reserves the right, while acting in the best interests of their clients and the business, to deviate from some specifications in order to complete the requested errand.  The client will be responsible for additional costs that may accrue due to the changes necessary.  (For example: Purchased item higher than expected, parking, toll fee, etc).   

Lost/Damaged Waiver: At NO TIME will Air Runs be held responsible or liable for any lost or damaged items shipped, transported etc. while acting in accordance to the Errands Agreement.  Air Runs is not responsible for lost or damage to residence if Air Runs is not legally found liable.  Air Runs will not be held responsible or liable for injuries, which may occur while transporting persons while acting in the accordance to the Errands Agreement.
